Welcome to Christmas Online!

“Christmas, Christmas, Time is here.” (Alvin and the Chipmunks, 1958)

Okay, maybe it isn’t here yet but we all love to be reminded about it. I mean, why else do stores display the countdown, “x number of days until Christmas.” It’s to be helpful and remind us that in only a few short days we will be celebrating, giving and above everything else, cheerful(ing), right?

Well, I’m sure that there is probably some nefarious plan involved when it comes to the stores listing the countdown for Christmas but that’s okay. I will forgive them this time and simply enjoy everything else about Christmas. Remember, the meaning of Christmas isn’t about the stores anyways.

It’s actually about the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ and it has become a celebration of not only that holy night but also of family. It is about a renewal of faith, a reminder of family and a time to remember those in need.

Welcome to Christmas Online! continued

It can be done without bags and toys. It can be done without the latest and greatest of electronics and it can be done without the chocolates and the candy. But it can’t be done without the songs, the happy Christmas carols that warm the heart. And it can’t be done without a little fun, whether that is from wrapping, or carolling, or playing games. And most importantly, it can’t be done without others, whether they are friends and families or a community as a whole.

Of course, we wouldn’t suggest that you have Christmas without all the gifts since that has become an important part of Christmas, but we aren’t here to focus on everything that comes from the store, although we do have a few suggestions.

This site is all about the wonders of Christmas. The celebrations, the songs, the games and most importantly, having a merry Christmas that will bring all the seasons delights to your door. We have a wide variety of articles here and all of them are about Christmas, a time of year that we absolutely love. There are tips for games, information on Christmas trees and all around good cheer to read through.

We want people to enjoy the holiday, whether you are planning it in July or rushing around on Christmas Eve and we hope that our site offers you a plethora of advice to make your holiday the wonderful and bright.
